RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
*THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS/REFUNDS ON CUSTOM ITEMS. 

GARVEY provides exchange ONLY of new, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise within 3 days of order delivery. Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange. All returned items must have the GARVEY hang tags and garment tags attached. 

Please allow up to 7 business days from when your package is delivered for returned items to be processed. An exchange will be processed after we have inspected your items and confirm that they are in their original condition. Email info@sgarveycollection.com

GARVEY reserves the right to refuse excessive exchange.

Items that have been purchased from our wholesalers cannot be returned directly to us.

 

SHIPPING 

GARVEY ships Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

Some of our inventory is made to order. Therefore, depending on your order will be processed and shipped within 7-14 business days (unless otherwise noted on product description) of your payment posting. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email of your order with shipping notification and tracking number. With this tracking number you can track your package at www.usps.com or by calling 1-800-275-8777.

We ship through USPS (United States Postal Service) for all shipments, both Domestic and International.

Please note we are NOT responsible for delays in postal service transit times.
